Learn how to create simple, easy, and delicious recipes using fresh ingredients and fragrant spices. Recipes included with this class: Tandoori squash (squash in spicy coconut sauce) and lentils with spinach (orange lentils with fresh spinach, turmeric and cilantro) with cumin rice. Classes are demo-style with tasting of dishes by class participants and recipes to take home.
