“Move like a great river; sit like a mountain” instructs the centuries-old description of the physical and meditative practice of Tai Chi. This class offers standing, moving, and seated practices rooted within the Chinese tradition of Tai Chi Ch’uan for the enrichment and wellness of body, mind, and spirit.
