Learn to Row Class A

Did you know that rowing is a great calorie burner? Rowing is a smooth, rhythmic motion that is impact free and not weight‐bearing. Rowing exercises all your major muscle groups and provides aerobic as well as strength conditioning.

Jefferson County Rowing Club is offering two Adult Learn‐to‐Row Classes this summer. Each class is held over 3 consecutive days with experienced coaching. Rowing will be done on the Rock River from the Rock River Landing Park. Open to everyone 18 years or older. Each class size will be limited to 6 students. After completing the course there will be an option to continue rowing as a member of the club!
