April 18, 2015 – AVERYday Ministries – Jamie Grace Concert (Fundraiser)

Jamie GraceAVERYday Ministries of Delavan, Wis. is presenting contemporary Christian singer, Jamie Grace, in concert at Young Auditorium in Whitewater on Saturday, April 18th at 7:00 p.m. The concert is an effort to raise funds to build The Avery House in Haiti, in remembrance of young Avery McCarthy (Delavan), who passed away at the tender age of 11, and whose wish it was to help the young girls in Haiti.

The Avery House will be a transitional home for young women who are aging out of the orphanage system. This home will help to keep these girls safe as they continue their education. By continuing their education and helping them develop skills in fields they are passionate about, the girls will be more able to improve their quality of life and their country from within.

In order to make The Avery House a reality, $50,000 needs to be raised to build and sustain the transitional home. The Seeds of Faith Concert is the next step in this venture. The concert will feature Jamie Grace, along with Lakeland Church Worship (Delavan) as the opening act.

Jamie Grace is a 22 year old singer-songwriter from Atlanta, Georgia. Her debut single “Hold Me” featuring TobyMac landed her a nomination at the 2012 Grammy awards where she was the youngest nominee. That year, she was also nominated for a Billboard Award and four Dove Awards, going home as the Dove Awards New Artist of the Year.

AVERYday Ministries, Inc. is a non-profit organization (501c3 pending) seeking to plant seeds of discipleship to grow great Christians and engage young people with God, through music, literature, and other means that appeal to fledgling minds. To learn more, visit www.averydayministries.com.

Concert tickets are $15 and can be purchased by calling the Young Auditorium Box Office at 262-472-2222, or order online and print tickets at home (a small fee is applied for this service).
