Through February 23, 2014 – Solid Gold 60s
The Fireside kicks off its spectacular 50th Anniversary with a return to the most exciting decade of all – the 1960’s! From the creator of last season’s wildly popular live band revue – SIZZLIN’ 60’S – comes a brand new tribute to a time that defined a generation and changed the music scene forever. We barely scratched the surface of this eclectic, vibrant, eccentric, creative, and electrifying period. SOLID GOLD 60’s continues the journey with music and comedy from the era’s biggest names. We’ll feature the great rock bands such as The Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Rolling Stones, The Supremes, and much, much more! We’ll relive the Vegas sound of Sinatra and his Rat Pack. In addition we’ll pay homage to the great comedy and variety TV shows such as Laugh-In; The Smothers Brothers, and Sonny and Cher. Featuring Fireside favorite Steve Watts and the renowned Fireside Band as well as a cast of talented singers and dancers, this is a show jam-packed with fun and entertainment that you’ll only find at The Fireside!
