Through June 4, 2017 – South Pacific

One of the most celebrated of all shows by the most celebrated of all musical teams, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s SOUTH PACIFIC is a story of love, of heroism, of courage, of optimism, of America. Set during World War II this epic tale is told with humor, passion, beauty, action, and one of Broadway’s most impressive musical scores featuring such unforgettable songs as “Some Enchanted Evening,” “I’m Gonna Wash That Man Right Out of My Hair,” “There Is Nothing Like a Dame,” “I’m in Love With A Wonderful Guy,” and the beautifully haunting “Bali Ha’i.” This is one of the very few musicals to have earned the Pulitzer Prize for Drama. The Fireside is proud to present this timeless classic in an all new sumptuous production.

Seven shows weekly Wednesday through Sunday

Fort Atkinson – The Fireside Dinner Theatre – 1131 Janesville Avenue

May 2-3, 2017 – Jim Brady Trio

It’s been quite some time since the Gospel Music world has seen the merger of such a talented musical force. Jim began singing with his family at the age of five and was writing songs by the time he turned 16. Melissa was an integral part of her musical family long before she met Jim. When the two married, Jim joined Melissa, traveling and singing with The Shulers before the opportunity came for him to join the Booth Brothers. Over his twelve years with them, the trio earned more than 100 industry honors including eight Baritone of the Year awards for Jim. Melissa was busy with her own career as well. She holds a Master’s in Songwriting from Berkley School of Music, writes for The Singing News, Gospel Music Quarterly and Homecoming magazines, and is the host of the Something Beautiful Women’s Conference. In 2014 Jim and Melissa felt the time was right to answer a new call and embark on their own ministry, along with Layke Jones as The Jim Brady Trio. They are living proof that God’s ways are higher than ours, and He has great plans for them!
