The Jefferson County Area Tourism Council is a grass roots organization with the sole purpose of increasing tourism throughout the entire Jefferson County area. Our group consists of area Chamber and business representatives throughout the County. The purpose of our organization is to bring together businesses, organizations, associations and individuals for the development and promotion of tourism in Jefferson County, Wisconsin.

The Tourism Council primarily promotes tourism through an annual printed Guide.  We also maintain an extensive website that promotes the community and advertisers throughout the area.  All revenues made from the website and printed guide are re-invested back into the organization thru participation in various events throughout the state each year.

New in 2020, the Jefferson County Fair Park is host to a new Tourism Center for the County.  You’ll find our own Official Guide there plus a lot of other travel information for locations throughout the state.  Stop by before you plan your next trip!
