Submit Your Barn Quilt to the Tour

By clicking "I Consent" on this Release of Rights Agreement (this “Agreement”), the person submitting this form (“Assignor”), at the address identified above (“Property”), understands and accepts that it shall transfer, convey, and assign to the Jefferson County Area Tourism Council, Inc. (“Assignee”) all right, title, and interest (including copyright interest) in and to any photograph, video, or other depiction of any barn quilt or supporting structure located on the Property identified in this submission (“Work”).

Upon Assignor’s execution of this Agreement, Assignor hereby renounces and waives any and all rights it may have to limit Assignee’s use, distribution, modification, licensing, or sale of the Work and all documentation or any element of the Work by Assignee, its licensees, successors, or assigns, or to receive any compensation whatsoever by reason of the use, distribution, modification, licensing, or sale of the Work or documentation, or any element of the Work, by Assignee, its licensees, successors, or assigns. Assignor’s execution of this Agreement shall constitute its acceptance of this Agreement.
