New Tourism Marketing Grant Guidelines & Applications Available in Johnson Creek

The Village of Johnson Creek is happy to announce tourism marketing grants are available for groups who qualify under their updated 2020 grant guidelines.

The marketing grants are available through the room tax collected from Johnson Creek Village hotels and travel accommodation establishments. The program was designed to promote tourism-related activity within the Village of Johnson Creek with specific emphasis on tourism that is reasonably likely to generate overnight stays in Village of Johnson Creek facilities.

Since 2016, The Village of Johnson Creek’s Tourism Commission has awarded tens of thousands of dollars in grants to groups and organizations who have held their events in Johnson Creek and increased overnight room stays in the Village.

For 2020, the Johnson Creek Tourism Commission has updated their tourism marketing grant program and created new guidelines and an application for groups looking for a convenient and unique location to hold their next meeting or event, with overnight stays, in Johnson Creek.
