At Breathe, we provide infrared sauna and dry salt therapy services to those seeking a natural approach to support their health and wellness, as well as those looking for a day of relaxation in our wellness spa setting. Our mission is to inspire wellness, as wellness is the greatest gift anyone can have. We do this not only through our wellness services, but also by connecting with our clients to support their goals, as well as engaging with and giving back to our community.

One of the great things about Breathe Salt & Sauna is that both the services and relaxing atmosphere are great for reconnecting with yourself, a partner, the whole family or friends. Infrared saunas can be shared or booked simultaneously with another person. Our Family/Private Salt Room offers a kid friendly salt therapy experience, complete with sand toys to play in the himalayan salt on the floor! Our Meditation Salt Room is great to relax with the benefits of salt therapy alone, with a partner or group!
