The Fort Atkinson Senior Center is proud to display a barn quilt which they named Senior Center Patio Barn Quilt. A committee selected the patriotic pattern which was created by Tawney Hadler. The Senior Center has been a public property since 1980. It was built during World War II to be an ammunition building. It was later converted to an elementary school. The barn quilt is the highlight of the patio area where people can gather to visit, relax, or enjoy a cup of coffee.
