Event Details

Love Lights 2023 Annual Project has begun and continues until December 8th! This year, you can purchase Love Lights online or through the mail.

How it works…

What?

The Love Light Tree was started in 1985. It is a heartfelt way to acknowledge loved ones who are still living or those that have passed away.

Why?

Proceeds raised during the 2023 Love Lights campaign will be used to help provide…
1) CareLine services for those who cannot afford it
2) Health care scholarships for students and healthcare professionals in the area.
Continuing to be able to provide these services to our community is so important!

How?

A donation of $2.00 or more will add a light to the tree, either as a gift to honor someone (colored light), or as a memorial (white light) for someone you care for. A donation of $25.00 or more will designate you as a Love Light Tree sponsor.
There are 2 ways to donate:
1. Online
2. Download an order form and mail it to us.

When?

Love Lights can be purchased now through December 8, 2023.

What happens after I purchase a Love Light?

Special pledge cards are available so you may notify a person (or a family) that you have purchased a light in their honor. Honor cards will be emailed if you donate online. Those who donate $25 or more will be recognized as a Love Light Tree Sponsor.

Tree Lighting Ceremony

This ceremony is sponsored by Fort HealthCare Partners and it’ll take place at the Fort Memorial Hospital on Tuesday December 5th at 6:30PM. It’ll start with a welcome message & Pledge of Allegiance from Fort HealthCare’s President/CEO, Dr. Mike Anderson. Kathy Kukuschke and Jane Winiarski, Partners Co-Presidents, will do the tree dedication and countdown. Dr. Mike Anderson will be the Honorary Tree Lighter, followed by a seasonal message from Pastor Madeline Burbank, from Trinity Lutheran Church, Fort Atkinson. We’d love for people to stay for a small reception after the ceremony and for a chance to meet Santa Claus!
